Who builds this
LVM Systems was founded in Phoenix in 1988. For decades we have built clinical software for nurses and care teams, the kind used in the middle of a shift by someone with a phone ringing and a person waiting. That is the work we know how to do.
Resident Assist is what happened when we pointed that experience at small residential assisted living homes. Not a scaled-down version of software for a 200-bed facility, which is where most of these tools come from. Something built for a house with 5 to 20 beds, a small staff, and an owner who is often also on the schedule.
We build for Arizona homes first because it is where we live and the rules we know.
Family-owned, and staying that way
We are family-owned. There are no investors with growth targets, which means there is nobody upstairs asking us to raise your price after you have moved your records in.
That is also why the offer is what it is: month to month, one price, cancel any month, and a complete export of your records if you go. We would rather keep your business by being worth it than by making it hard to leave.
