What does it cost?
$15 per bed per month. Everything included. No contract, no setup fee, no per-user charges.
How long does setup take?
We enter your records, residents, and service plans for you. Done in 15 days or we keep working at no charge until it is.
What if I cancel?
Cancel any month. We provide a complete export of your records. They are yours.
Do I need special hardware or IT help?
No. Resident Assist is web based. It works on the phones, tablets, and computers you already have. Nothing to install.
Is my residents’ information secure?
Yes. Data is encrypted and hosted on Microsoft Azure.
What is an eMAR?
An electronic medication administration record. Instead of a paper MAR, caregivers sign off medications on a phone or tablet, and the record is complete and legible when the surveyor asks for it.
We use paper today. Is switching hard?
You hand us the paper. We do the entry. Most homes change nothing about how they give care, only how it gets recorded.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month, cancel any month.
